Returns & Refunds
Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or refund for any item purchased from Hall of Hats.
Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email:

Whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days (depending on your bank or card issuer).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank — there is often a processing delay.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email us at sales@hallofhats.com.au. We’ll provide return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send you a replacement if approved.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
